As a result, I just had a quesadilla and a tostada from Cholula Bella Deli. Oddly, I’ve found more made-to-order tortillas in Brooklyn than I had in Texas, and they are fluffy and delicious and a whole new kind of “favorite” when it comes to food of the Mexican and Tex-Mex variety.
