you are right. I just moved last month and spent the month previous looking for a place. Austin is 100% leased with 98% occupancy rates. Space is valuable, not people.

Wow, I know of many people (myself included) who are moving to Austin proper in the August/September months… It definitely won’t be a problem to fill your space, sounds like the landlord is just a control freak.
