I have seen, like, a hundred iterations of this point on my dashboard and urge people to play around in deep water more often, with semi-floating objects like lawn chairs and whatnot.

Sounds ridiculous, maybe, but I have this experience from a childhood in Florida surrounded by in-ground pools, canals and the ocean.

You can’t comfortably put two people on that thing, in water, and expect it to stay afloat, stay level, or allow for the two people to at any point relax and not have to fight sinking or falling off. 

If only Neil Degrasse Tyson would weigh in on this part of the film so the Internet would cut it out.
