Update: Taking the part-timer.
In regards to my concern of SXSW availability being the deal-breaker for the part-time receptionist gig, it’s going to be completely do-able. Plus, I’m either out by 2:30 or by 8ish. No big deal. I start training Wednesday.

That weekend part-time salon receptionist gig I was happy about also wants me during SXSW week.
I have a day job. It’s flexible and from home, but I still have to allot 36-40 hours a week for it. I also do want to be able to swing into SXSW events here and there throughout the week, since it is my very first SXSW.
I have to collect all my thoughts and respond, but it may be a deal-breaker...
